We’ve had a great experience working with DCR Tampa and would highly recommend them. They completed a major addition to our home that included two bedrooms, a game room, and a large covered patio with outdoor fireplace, and we were extremely pleased with the entire project. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the construction and attention to detail were excellent. Because of the quality of their work and our experience with them, we also chose DCR Tampa for the rebuilding of our home in Weeki Wachee after it was severely flooded and damaged by Hurricane Helene. This has been a significant and emotional project, and it has been reassuring to work with a contractor we already know and trust. We also used them for other projects as well, including having them install a new roof on one of our rental homes. Victor Nissim, the owner, has been very easy to work with and communicative throughout our projects. Yinon has also been responsive and helpful, and our construction manager, Frank, is amazing and has done a great job being present on-site and helping keep everything moving. Finding a contractor who communicates well, delivers quality work, and can be trusted with projects both large and small is extremely important. The fact that we have continued to use DCR Tampa for multiple properties and multiple projects speaks for itself. We’ve been very happy with their work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and quality contractor. ~ Happy Home Owner, Melinda

We had one bathroom completely gutted and the other bathroom new vanities, sinks, faucets and a beautiful new 3 door mirrored medicine cabinet. Almost all the floors were replaced with lvp and painted all rooms. They were very competent in all areas and they cleaned up ther mess everyday before leaving.

DCR gave us a bodacious bathroom that we are delighted to have in our house. The quality is top notch, workers very respectful & considerate, and finished product exceeded our expectations. Yinon and Frank were at the house regularly and handled our modifications and finishing requests in stride. I would highly recommend them and we will be using them for our next project!

We’ve used DCR for everything: master bath renovation, painting and redoing our dining room bar/cabinets. Yinon is the absolute best! He is so responsive and listens to everything we need. Crew was always on time and even finished the paint job a day early. Could not recommend more!!

This review is long overdue. The guys at DCR did a fantastic job, I was particularly impressed by their punctuality, by 7 AM the entire crew is outside waiting to start the day. Communication with foreman/designer/owner were easy. Always willing to go back and forth to create the space that worked best for my family.

I had a complete remodel of a very old bathroom on a home built in 1923. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of the job. I had three different companies quote me and They told me they couldn’t do it the way I wanted it (zero entry for the shower). So I got with Frank who does excellent work, I know this from the past, and he said I could have it my way. They went above and beyond my expectation. I now have a zero entry shower with a wall and window (no door or curtain needed) and a bathroom window that was covered up years ago. I love my new bathroom!

We recently completed a full master bathroom remodel in our home in Lutz, and we truly could not be happier with the experience and the final result. The entire process, from the demo to the finishing details- felt organized, professional, and well-managed. One of the biggest things that stood out to us was how responsive the company was. Communication was always clear, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and there were never any hidden surprises. That level of reliability gave us peace of mind throughout the renovation. We got to know David, Jose, and Michael during the project, all led by Frank, and every single person was respectful and professional. The crew kept the area clean and organized every day, which made a huge difference while living through a remodel. You can truly tell they care about the quality of their work and about their clients. The bathroom turned out beautiful, and the whole experience felt far less stressful than we expected thanks to this great company. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a construction company they can genuinely trust.

We hired DCR Tampa for a full kitchen remodel, including a demo of the old kitchen, new flooring, kitchen cabinets, drywall, and appliance installation, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. What I appreciated most was how upfront and honest they were throughout the entire process. No games, no surprises, no last-minute nonsense. They communicated clearly, showed up exactly when they said they would, and did what they promised. The crew was fantastic, they were all professional, hardworking, respectful, and incredibly reliable. They genuinely cared about the quality of the work. In construction, it’s rare to find a company that combines quality work with integrity and consistency like this. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.
